We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping destinations include:
- Domestic: United Kingdom
- International: Worldwide
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 7 business days
- International Shipping: 7-15business days
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking

5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have restrictions or cannot be shipped to specific destinations.
6. Shipping Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as delays, lost packages, or damages, please contact our customer service team at info@select-tips.com We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Select-tips is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
8. Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at select-tips.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
